  • Search your RMM script library for relevant fixes
  • Match scripts to the ticket’s configuration item
  • Execute scripts on the appropriate device
  • Report execution results and verify resolution

How to Use

  1. Enable the tool in your workflow configuration
  2. Configure approval requirements based on your risk tolerance
  3. Add custom instructions about which scripts to prefer or avoid
  4. Monitor execution results in Event History
