Workflow Design
- Start with one AI Action per workflow for clarity and easier troubleshooting
- For new workflows, pick the AI Action you want and combine with
Add ticket note
, review a few tickets, then enableUpdate Ticket Fields
and/orNotify Ticket Contact
- If you have workflows in PSA and you want Neo to run after, set a
delay before processing
on the Dashboard settings - If workflow order matters, use the
Obey order
setting for sequential logic

Neo can send notifications directly in Teams.
To enable that, please:

Troubleshooting & Support
- If you encounter an issue, provide Workflow ID and Ticket ID/number when contacting support
- Use Event History to debug workflow triggers and executions
