What You Can Automate​

Once your documentation is synced, NeoAgent can:

  • Enhanced Search:
    • Perform hybrid searches (semantic vector search + full-text search) across your documents.
    • Filter search results by specific end-client names.
  • Improved Ticket Resolution:
    • When analyzing a ticket or suggesting a resolution, Neo can search for and include relevant documents as part of the context provided to the AI. This helps in generating more accurate and informed responses or resolution steps.
    • Neo also provides links to the documents in the response, so Technicians can easily access the relevant documentation.

How to Connect​

  • Go to the Integrations section in NeoAgent
  • Open Documentation tab
  • Select your documentation platform and follow the connection steps
  • Documentation is automatically synced to NeoAgent every 24 hours
