Actions

Actions are the building blocks of automation in NeoAgent. Each action performs a specific task, such as analyzing a ticket with AI, updating your PSA, or notifying users.

Types of Actions​

These are broadly categorized into:

  • Smart Actions: Perform tasks like sentiment analysis, information extraction, and content generation.
  • Write to PSA Actions: Interact with your PSA to update tickets, create notes, etc.
  • Notify Users Actions: Send communications via email, Teams, or other channels.
