License Management Integrations

Neo Agent helps you track and manage software licenses automatically by integrating with license management platforms.

Supported License Management Platforms

Neo Agent integrates with the following license management platforms:

  • Pax8
  • D&H
  • Microsoft Partner Center

What You Can Automate

Manage License Seats

  • Automatically add or remove Microsoft 365 license seats (e.g., buy one seat, remove one seat) for users through integrated providers.

Automated License Assignment/Unassignment

  • As part of user onboarding and offboarding workflows, Neo can assign the necessary Microsoft licenses or unassign them, coordinating with your chosen license management platform.

Sync License Information

  • Retrieve product and subscription details from supported platforms to inform automated actions.
  • Monitor license usage (e.g., check for available prepaid seats) before attempting assignments.
