Scheduled workflows run at predefined intervals or specific times. They are ideal for routine tasks, batch processing, and regular checks related to tickets.

Time Period

Run the workflow at regular intervals (e.g., every hour, every 24 hours, every 7 days).

Specific Start Times

Define one or more specific dates and times for the workflow to run (e.g., run every Monday at 9:00 AM and every Friday at 3:00 PM).

Skip Weekends

Option to prevent the workflow from running on Saturdays and Sundays, even if the schedule falls on a weekend.

Timezone

All schedule settings (intervals, specific times, weekend skipping, execution hours) are configured based on a selected timezone.
