When a workflow is related to time entries, you have specific configuration options:
Process Time Entries Only Once
When a workflow is triggered by a time entry event (e.g., "Time Entry Created" for a ticket), this option ensures that only the newly created time entry is processed, rather than all time entries associated with the parent ticket. This is particularly useful if the workflow's "What to process" setting is set to "Time Entries".
