Neo Agent Referral Program

Overview​

The Neo Agent Referral Program rewards MSPs who refer other MSPs to our platform. When you successfully refer another MSP, both you and the referred MSP receive valuable benefits for a full 12 months.

How It Works​

Getting Your Referral Code​

  1. Automatic Generation: Every MSP account receives a unique referral code upon registration
  2. Find Your Code: Access your referral code in the Neo Agent dashboard under Settings → Referral Program
  3. Share Your Code: Copy and share your referral code with other MSPs

Using a Referral Code​

When signing up for Neo Agent:

  1. Enter the referral code during the onboarding process
  2. Complete your account setup normally
  3. Both you and the referrer will be notified about the successful referral

Referral Benefits​

For the Referrer (You)​

  • 10% cash back on everything the referred MSP pays Neo Agent
  • Duration: 12 months from the referred MSP's first payment
  • Payment method: Direct compensation from Neo Agent team

For the Referred MSP​

  • 5,000 extra credits added to their monthly allocation
  • Duration: 12 months from account activation
  • Automatic: Credits are added monthly to their account

What Happens After a Referral​

Immediate Actions​

  1. System Validation: The referral code is verified in real-time
  2. Account Linking: The referred MSP's account is linked to yours in our system
  3. Team Notification: Neo Agent team is automatically notified via Microsoft Teams
  4. Confirmation: Both parties receive confirmation of the successful referral

Ongoing Process​

  1. Manual Outreach: A Neo Agent team member will contact both the referrer and referred MSP within 1-2 business days
  2. Benefit Setup: The team will set up the reward structure and confirm payment details
  3. Monthly Processing: Benefits are processed monthly for the duration of the 12-month period
  4. Tracking: All referral activities and rewards are tracked in our internal systems

Q: When do I start receiving cash back?​

A: Cash back begins after the referred MSP makes their first payment to Neo Agent and continues for 12 months.

Q: How is the 10% calculated?​

A: The 10% is calculated on the total amount the referred MSP pays to Neo Agent each month, including subscription fees and any additional services.

Q: When are the extra credits added for referred MSPs?​

A: The 5,000 extra credits are added to the referred MSP's account monthly for 12 consecutive months starting from their account activation.

Q: Can I refer multiple MSPs?​

A: Yes, there's no limit to how many MSPs you can refer. Each successful referral earns you the full benefits.

Q: What if the referred MSP cancels their subscription?​

A: Cash back stops when the referred MSP's subscription ends. If they reactivate within the 12-month period, cash back resumes.

Q: How do I track my referrals?​

A: Currently, referral tracking is handled internally. Contact our support team for updates on your referral status and rewards.
