Multi-Language Support

NeoAgent supports multiple languages, making it easy for global MSPs to serve clients and teams in their preferred language.

Supported Languages

NeoAgent can translate messages sent to end-users via the "Notify Ticket's Contact" action.

Currently, the following languages are supported for translation:

  • English (default for all communications if no translation is selected)
  • French
  • Dutch
  • German
Note

The NeoAgent platform interface itself is currently available in English. Multi-language support primarily applies to communications generated by specific actions.

How to Enable for Notifications

When configuring the "Notify Ticket's Contact" action in a workflow:

  1. Enable the "Send notification in a different language" option.
  2. Select the desired "Notification language" from the available list (French, Dutch, German).

NeoAgent will then automatically translate the messages (generated by preceding actions like "Build Message" or "Acknowledge Issue") into the selected language before sending them to the ticket's contact.

How It Works

  • AI-Powered Translation: NeoAgent utilizes advanced AI models (specifically, OpenAI's GPT-4 Mini) to perform translations.
  • Action-Specific: Multi-language translation is currently a feature of the "Notify Ticket's Contact" action. Other actions or platform elements may not yet support this feature.
  • Message Source: The content to be translated is taken from the default_messages_for_end_client output of the preceding action in the workflow.
