Get the tenant's ticket board/queue sync filter
Which boards or queues Neo accepts tickets from, for the tenant’s own PSA — a ConnectWise board, an Autotask queue, a HaloPSA ticket type, a ServiceNow assignment group. Read-only; the filter is edited on the dashboard’s Integrations → PSA Filters card, where saving an added board also backfills that board’s historical tickets. Neo evaluates this filter on every inbound ticket webhook and drops the ones it rejects before writing any callback record, so a ticket on a rejected board starts no agent and returns nothing from GET /public-api/callbacks. Read this filter before reading an empty callback history as the PSA not having sent the event. active is false when no board filter applies. selected_options is the accepted set under include and the rejected set under exclude; it carries the boards as the tenant saved them, and Neo matches a callback on the board id, not the name. Returns 404 integration_not_connected when no PSA is connected.
