List the pinned memories this agent reads
The pinned memories one run of this agent reads beside its custom instructions, chosen as the run chooses them: the memories for the agent’s surface (surface), minus those limited to other agents. Every run reads the MSP-wide ones; pass end_company_id to add the ones a run on that company’s ticket or session also reads. Order is the prompt’s order, company memories first.
block_chars is the length of the pinned block before the prompt’s cap, block_char_cap, and each memory’s chars_in_prompt says how much of it the prompt holds: its length, fewer when the cap cuts it, 0 when it starts past the cap.
reads_company_memories: false means no run of this agent has a company in context (a scheduled Agent, an internal Chat Agent), so end_company_id is ignored. reads_pinned_memories: false means no run of this agent reads pinned memories: the workspace has memories off, or the Workflow has no Acknowledge, Triage, Dispatch or L1 action. A Workflow reads only memories not limited to agents, and a Chat Agent reads none on a turn from a person who is not a member of the workspace.
