Update a technician
Partial patch — only supplied fields change. entra_object_id links the technician to a Microsoft account (an id from GET /technicians/microsoft-accounts); an explicit null unlinks it, and no automatic match links it again; upn is accepted only with entra_object_id. One account belongs to one technician: an account another technician holds returns 409 microsoft_account_already_linked. companies replaces the technician’s whole company list for dispatch ([] clears it, at most 30): the dispatch model reads PREFERRED companies as go-to-this-technician-first and EXCLUDED ones as do-not-assign, and an optional one-line note of up to 200 characters qualifies either. Code enforces only_preferred_companies, which limits the technician to the preferred companies and needs at least one; round robin, which reads no notes, also skips a technician who excludes the ticket’s company. Send entra_object_id and the company fields in separate requests; a request with both returns 400. Asks for technician approval unless the Technicians permission group turns approval off.
