List workspace members
Everyone who holds a membership in this workspace, with their role, status and last_active_at — the access-review list. Open to a tenant API key so an MSP can script it, and to signed-in Microsoft workspace admins. A non-admin dashboard user is denied, as is a key acting on behalf of a non-admin. last_active_at is when that person’s dashboard session last reached Neo, refreshed at most once every ten minutes, so it can sit up to ten minutes behind the real request. It is null when Neo holds no activity for that person: nobody has used the membership since Neo started recording this, or they never sign in at all, which is the case for a Chat only member. Read null on a long-standing membership as unknown, not as dormant. Neo records no sign-in event, so it measures use, not login. all_workflows_access is true when that person reaches every agent and workflow in the workspace without a per-agent share; an admin reaches everything through their role and reads false. Administering memberships still requires a signed-in admin.
