Continue a ticket in the bot chat (Teams Tickets tab)
Serves the Chat about this button of a white-label Teams app’s Tickets tab. The ticket must be one of the signed-in end user’s open tickets. The bot says in their chat which ticket the conversation is now on, with its title and status when the channel shows them, and asks what they would like to know or add, in the language of locale (English when it has no translation). From the user’s next reply the conversation continues that ticket, and the technician’s client-facing updates on it reach this chat. Not called with a Neo API key: the Authorization: Bearer token is the Teams tab SSO token. Returns 401 for an invalid token, 404 channel_not_found when the channel’s app is not installed in that tenant or has the tab switched off, 404 ticket_not_available when the ticket is not an open ticket of the user, 409 end_company_not_mapped when the tenant is not linked to one of the MSP’s companies, and 429 past 30 requests a minute per user. It returns once the request is recorded and the confirmation is started, without waiting for delivery; started is false when either could not be done, and says nothing about delivery.
