# Overview

> What the Wizer security awareness training integration brings to your Neo Agent setup

Wizer runs security awareness training for your clients: short courses, policies, monthly videos and phishing exercises. The work it causes for an MSP is routine: add a new hire to their company's training, take a leaver out, start this year's course, and answer "who has not finished yet". Connect Wizer to Neo and your agents do that from the ticket. Nobody opens the Wizer admin panel.

  Wizer uses one API key per MSP. Connect it once and every agent you enable can use it, with permissions you control per agent.

## What Neo can do with Wizer

## Your clients are mapped automatically

Neo matches your Wizer customer companies to the companies in your PSA and keeps the mapping on the Wizer card's **Organization Mapping** tab, refreshed on each PSA metadata sync. It reads every customer under your partner account.

Matching starts with the name: exact, then after stripping a legal-form suffix (Ltd, Inc, LLC). Then the domain of the customer's admin email address, against the website on each PSA company, when no other customer has the same domain. Last comes an AI match for the long tail.

**A name match, or one you confirm, is handed straight to your agents**, so they know the client's Wizer company without looking it up. A domain match or an AI match is not handed to your agents automatically. It shows on the Organization Mapping tab, where you can confirm or correct it.

Anything Neo could not match stays unmapped and visible on the same tab, where you can set the right company by hand. A mapping you set by hand survives every later sync.

  Connect the key of your Wizer partner account. Agents find each client's company through Wizer's Partner Portal customer list, which Wizer documents as a partner feature.
