# Trend Micro LMP

> Let Neo agents read and change your TrendAI licensing in the Licensing Management Platform: customers, subscriptions, seats and usage reports

The TrendAI Licensing Management Platform (LMP) is where you create your customers, subscribe them to your service plans of TrendAI products, and change their seats and dates. Connect it once with the LMPI access token and secret key TrendAI issued to your partner account, and Neo agents can work with every customer in it.

## What Neo can do with Trend Micro LMP

* List your customers, your service plans and the products you may sell
* Read each customer's subscriptions with their plan, seats, activation codes, auto-renewal and expiry
* Create a new customer at onboarding, and subscribe it to a service plan or to TrendAI Vision One
* Raise or lower a customer's seats, bring an expiry date forward, or move a subscription to another plan
* Suspend a subscription, resume it, or cancel it
* Read customer summary and transaction reports, billing reports and usage reports
* For a distributor or ISP account, onboard downstream partners and assign them products

LMP covers licensing. The security data of each TrendAI product, such as detections in TrendAI Vision One, is a separate API per product.

## Each ticket stays with its customer

One LMPI key reaches every customer in your partner account. On a ticket that names a company, Neo sends a call only for the LMP customer the ticket's company is mapped to, a new customer, or your service plan and product lists. Calls across every customer, such as the subscription list and the reports, go out only when the run has no ticket company: a chat with Neo, or a scheduled agent. When an agent creates a customer on the ticket of a company that maps to no LMP customer yet, it asks a technician to confirm the match before it subscribes the customer. The approval card shows the LMP customer and the PSA company, and approving saves the mapping with the approver's name.

## Your customers are mapped to companies

Neo matches your LMP customers to the companies in your PSA by the customer name: exact, then after stripping a legal-form suffix (Ltd, Inc, LLC). Last comes an AI match for the long tail. The mapping sits on the Trend Micro LMP card's **Organization Mapping** tab, refreshed on each PSA metadata sync. Disabled customers are left out.

**A name that matches exactly one of your PSA companies, as it is or after stripping a legal-form suffix, and a match you confirm are handed straight to your agents.** A name two of your PSA companies share, or a company two LMP customers match, is left to the AI match, and an AI match waits for you on the Organization Mapping tab. Confirm or correct each there.

Anything Neo could not match stays unmapped and visible on the same tab, where you can set the right company by hand. A mapping you set by hand survives every later sync.
