# Telavox

> Let Neo agents read and run your Telavox or Voxone phone system: queue and call statistics, live queues, users, queues, numbers and desk phones

Telavox is a cloud phone system. Voip Unlimited sells it in the UK as Voxone. Connect Telavox, and Neo can put your phone statistics on a dashboard, answer questions about your phone system, and make the changes your tickets ask for, such as a new user or a queue change.

## What Neo can do with Telavox

* Count each queue's calls received, answered and missed today, this week and last week, with a Statistics Token
* Show how many calls rang each user and how many they did not answer, with a Statistics Token
* Count calls and minutes per user, incoming and outgoing, for any period in the last two years, from each user's recorded calls
* Show the missed calls of the user whose token Neo uses, for the last four months
* Show who waits in each call queue now, the longest wait, and who is on a call or away
* Read users, their licences and numbers, call queues and their members, IVRs, phone numbers, portings and desk phones
* Create a user and send their welcome email, change a user's licence or numbers, or remove them
* Add or remove queue members, change a queue's ring strategy, switch a user's availability profile, and forward their calls
* Read call transcriptions, reboot or move a desk phone, keep the shared address book, and call or text from the token's user

Neo connects one Telavox account: your own phone system. Neo does not download call recordings.

## Phone statistics: what Telavox gives

* **Queue totals** come from Telavox's Studio API, the data behind Telavox statistics, with its own Statistics Token. Telavox keeps one record for each call in each queue it entered, so Neo counts a call that rang several people once. Neo shows each queue's calls received, answered and missed, and of the missed calls, those that moved on to another queue, those whose caller hung up and those that went to voicemail, with Telavox's own reason for each. Internal and outgoing calls are left out. Days start at midnight and weeks on Monday, in your time zone.
* **Each user's unanswered calls** come from the same Studio API: Telavox keeps a record each time a call rings a user, answered or not. A call that rang three people counts once for each of them.
* **Calls per user** also come from recorded calls, with no Statistics Token. Users whose calls Telavox does not record show no calls there. The token's user needs the right to monitor every user's recordings.
* **Missed calls of one user** come from the API token user's own call history, the last four months.
* **Queues now** are live: who waits in each queue at this moment.

The Studio API is part of Telavox's statistics product. If your Telavox web app has no **Create new Statistics Token** button, ask Telavox, or Voip Unlimited for Voxone, to turn on Studio API for your account.
