# Connecting TD SYNNEX Hardware to Neo

> Copy your application's Client ID and Client Secret from the TD SYNNEX Developer Portal and save them in Neo

You connect TD SYNNEX Hardware once at the MSP level, with the keys of one application in the TD SYNNEX Developer Portal. TD SYNNEX takes your account from those keys, so Neo needs no customer number.

## 1. Get the keys

1. You need a TD SYNNEX reseller account and a PartnerFirst login. If you have never signed in to PartnerFirst, ask your TD SYNNEX rep or the help desk ([helpdeskus@tdsynnex.com](mailto:helpdeskus@tdsynnex.com) in the US, [helpdeskcanada@tdsynnex.com](mailto:helpdeskcanada@tdsynnex.com) in Canada).
2. Sign in at [developer.tdsynnex.com](https://developer.tdsynnex.com) with your PartnerFirst login, or open **Integrate → Developer Portal** in PartnerFirst.
3. Click **Get API Access** to open **My Account**, and copy the **Client ID** and **Client Secret** of the **Default Application** for your region. The Default Application reaches every API; a custom application needs the Price and Availability, Quotes, Orders and Invoices APIs. Keep the secret out of email and chat.

Sandbox and Production credentials are separate: a Sandbox credential works only against TD SYNNEX's sandbox, which answers with test data.

If you already connected [StreamOne Stellr](https://docs.neoagent.io/integrations/marketplaces/td-synnex-stellr.md) with a Developer Portal credential that reaches these APIs, the same Client ID and Client Secret work here.

## 2. Add the keys in Neo

**1. Open Integrations**

In the Neo Dashboard, open **Integrations** and find the **TD SYNNEX Hardware** card, under Sales & Quoting.

**2. Fill in the fields**

* **Region**: United States or Canada, the TD SYNNEX country your account is in.
* **Environment**: Production, unless the credential is a Sandbox one.
* **Client ID** and **Client Secret**: from My Account in the Developer Portal.

**3. Save**

Click **Save settings**. Neo signs in with the keys and prices one part on your region's API before it saves, so wrong keys, the wrong region or the wrong environment are rejected straight away.

Neo takes a token from `https://sso.us.tdsynnex.com` and calls your region's API: `https://api.us.tdsynnex.com` or `https://api.ca.tdsynnex.com` (`api-uat` for the Sandbox).

## 3. Turn TD SYNNEX Hardware on per agent

Open the agent, go to the Integrations section, and pick an access profile for the TD SYNNEX Hardware block, or set each area yourself.

| Area | Notes |
| - | - |
| **Price, Stock & Freight** | Your price, stock per warehouse, and freight estimates. Read only. |
| **Quotes** | Read a TD SYNNEX quote by its CPO ID. Read only. |
| **Orders** | Read order and PO status; place a purchase order, or hold, add to, release or change one. An order spends money on your TD SYNNEX account, so every profile but Full Automation asks a technician first. |
| **Invoices** | Read only. |

See [TD SYNNEX Hardware API](https://docs.neoagent.io/agents/tools/sales/td-synnex-partner-api.md) for what each profile allows.
