# Strety

> Track your EOS Goals in Strety against your PSA tickets: Milestones completed with the work, Goals checked in, a Teams message when a Milestone falls behind, and a weekly integrator review

Strety runs your business on EOS: Goals (Rocks) with their Milestones, To-Dos, Issues, the Scorecard of Metrics, Headlines and Meetings. Connect Strety once with your own Strety app, and Neo agents can read and update it next to your PSA.

## What Neo can do with Strety

* **Track Goals against PSA tickets.** Read the tickets tied to each Milestone, complete a Milestone once its tickets close, and check the Goal in as on track or off track with the open tickets named.
* **Tell your team in Teams when a Milestone falls behind.** Send one Teams message to the Goal owner, or to a channel you name, listing each Milestone past due or due soon with its open tickets.
* **Run a weekly integrator review.** Sum up the Goals off track, the To-Dos past due, the Issues still open and the Metrics that missed their target, raise an Issue for a Goal that fell off track, and send the review to your leadership channel.
* Create and update To-Dos, Issues, Headlines and Metric check-ins, and answer questions about your Goals and Meetings in a chat agent.

## How the jobs run

Each job above is a scheduled agent with the Strety **IT Admin** profile (or **Helpdesk**, to approve each change), your PSA's ticket permissions and the **Send Teams Message to Internal Team** tool. Its instructions say which Teams' Goals it tracks and where it reports, for example:

```
Every weekday at 8:00, check our Strety Goals against their ConnectWise tickets, and message
the Goal owner in Teams about every Milestone that is past due or due within 3 days.
```

Neo ties each Milestone to its PSA tickets with a short line on both sides (`PSA ticket #<number>` in the Milestone's description, `Strety Milestone <id>` in the ticket), so a later run finds the tie and never makes a second ticket.

To post to a Teams channel, set **Channels & chats** to Any or Only specific on the Send Teams Message to Internal Team tool; it is Disabled by default.

The quickest way to set one up is to ask the Neo Support Agent: "Set up a daily agent that tracks our Strety Goals against ConnectWise tickets and tells the owner in Teams when a Milestone falls behind."

See [Strety API](https://docs.neoagent.io/agents/tools/management/strety-api.md) for the permission groups.
