# SmileBack

> Count your SmileBack CSAT and NPS every week and put them on your Strety Scorecard, or ask an agent about your reviews

SmileBack (ConnectWise SmileBack) asks your customers to rate each closed ticket, and runs your NPS campaigns and project surveys. Connect SmileBack once, and Neo agents can read your reviews and count your scores.

## What Neo can do with SmileBack

* Put last week's CSAT and NPS on your Strety Scorecard, every Monday
* Answer "what was our CSAT last month?" with the share of positive reviews, the Net CSAT and the counts
* Count reviews per technician or per customer, for any period
* List negative reviews with the customer's comment, the ticket and the technicians, for a follow-up
* Count your NPS per campaign, and score your project surveys

## Your CSAT on the Strety Scorecard

1. [Connect SmileBack](https://docs.neoagent.io/integrations/smileback/connecting-to-neo.md) and [connect Strety](https://docs.neoagent.io/integrations/strety/connecting-to-neo.md).
2. In Strety, make a Metric for each score you want on the Scorecard, such as "CSAT %" and "NPS".
3. Ask Neo Support to set up the agent, for example:

```
Set up a scheduled agent that runs every Monday at 7am. It reads last week's SmileBack reviews and NPS responses, counts the CSAT % and the NPS, and checks them in on the Strety Metrics "CSAT %" and "NPS".
```

The agent needs SmileBack **Read Only** and the Strety **Metrics** group at **Read / Write**. Each Monday it writes one check-in per Metric for the week before, and updates that week's check-in when it runs again. A week with no rated reviews gets no check-in.

See [SmileBack API](https://docs.neoagent.io/agents/tools/sales/smileback-api.md) for the permission groups and the scores Neo counts.
