> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.neoagent.io/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Smartsheet > Let Neo agents read and update your Smartsheet project plans, and keep them in step with Autotask projects Connect Smartsheet, and Neo agents can read and update your project plans while they work a ticket, a chat or a schedule. ## What Neo can do with Smartsheet * Copy plan changes from Smartsheet to Autotask: task and phase names, dates, the assigned technician and estimated hours * Write progress from Autotask back to the plan: task status, % complete (100% while a task is done), and hours worked * Create the Autotask task for a row a project manager flags * Read sheets, reports and dashboards, add and update rows, and attach files and comments, as your permission groups allow See [Smartsheet API](/agents/tools/management/smartsheet-api) for the project sync, the permission groups and the profiles. You connect Smartsheet once, with one token, and Neo reads every sheet that token's user owns or is shared on, a sheet a client shares with that user included. There is no company mapping to set up: each plan is paired with its Autotask project by the project's id in the sheet's summary. ## Next steps Create a Smartsheet access token and save it in Neo.
