Connect it, and Neo agents can read it while they work a ticket or a chat. ## What Neo can do with Samsara * Work out the time a technician spent on a client site, from when their vehicle entered and left the site's geofence, for the agent to report or log on the ticket with your PSA tools * Find who drove a vehicle on a visit from Samsara's driver-vehicle assignments, when your onsite ticket does not name the driver * Answer where a technician's vehicle is now, and which client site it is at or near * Read trips, engine and fuel stats, speeding and safety events, inspections and hours of service * Add a client site as a Samsara address with a geofence, message a driver, and make the other changes your permission groups allow See [Samsara API](/agents/tools/management/samsara-api) for the permission groups and profiles. Samsara holds your own fleet, not your clients', so there is no company mapping to set up. A client site is a Samsara address. To let the agent match a site to your PSA without guessing from the name, put the PSA's site id in the address's external IDs or notes. ## Next steps Create a Samsara API token and save it in Neo.
