# RoutIT / KPN

> Let Neo agents add and remove Microsoft 365 seats on RoutIT and KPN orders, and read each customer's orders and licences

RoutIT is KPN's wholesale platform, where Dutch MSPs buy Microsoft 365, connectivity, voice and mobile for their customers. KPN runs the same API on Grexx for its own partners. Connect your API interface, and Neo agents can change Microsoft 365 seat counts during onboarding and offboarding, and answer questions about each customer's orders.

## What Neo can do with RoutIT / KPN

* Add a seat to a customer's Microsoft 365 order when someone joins, after a technician picks which licence, then assign it in Microsoft 365
* Remove a seat from the order when someone leaves
* Say how many seats each licence order holds, and which orders a customer has
* Order a licence, add-on or upgrade a customer does not hold yet, and create or update customer cards
* Check a customer's Microsoft tenant, look up product codes, prices and invoices, check an address or a line, and read or change voice, mobile, security and Business TV services

Seat counts change only through the [Change License Seats](https://docs.neoagent.io/agents/tools/m365/change-license-seats.md) tool, which holds a lock on the order so two changes never count from the same number. RoutIT and KPN apply a seat change after they accept it, and on an active order they replace the order with one that has the new quantity. Neo reads the result back until it shows the new quantity, and tells the technician when it does not.

## Your customers are mapped automatically

After you save the login and with each PSA sync, Neo matches each RoutIT / KPN customer card to a company in your PSA by name. Check the matches on the card's **Organization Mapping** tab. An exact name match or one you confirm routes seat changes; a suggested match does not until you confirm it.
