# Connecting to Neo Agent

> Add your Addigy API key to Neo Agent and check the first device sync

The only field is the API key from [Creating an API key](/integrations/rmm/addigy/creating-api-key). Addigy has one API host for every organization, so Neo needs no URL.

## Connect

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Addigy card">
    In the Neo dashboard, open [**Integrations** → **Addigy**](https://dashboard.neoagent.io/integrations?open=addigy).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Paste the key">
    Paste the key into the **API key** field.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Save Integration**. Neo checks with Addigy that the key can read devices, organizations and policies before it saves the connection. If a check fails, Neo shows the error and saves nothing.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Check the first sync

Devices appear after the next sync. To check, open the card's [**Device Mapping**](https://dashboard.neoagent.io/integrations?open=addigy\&subtab=device-mapping) tab and confirm that your devices appear under the right PSA company. [Device mapping](/integrations/rmm/device-mapping) explains how to assign a device that Neo left **Unmapped**.

## Troubleshooting

If Addigy rejects the key:

* Copy the key again, with no spaces before or after it.
* Check in Addigy that nobody deleted the key.
* Check that the key has **View Devices**. The key also needs read access to policies and organizations.
