# Jotform

> Let Neo agents read your clients' Jotform submissions and act on each request

Jotform is an online form builder. Many MSPs give their clients a form for each kind of request: a new starter, a leaver, a new device. Connect Jotform, and Neo agents read each submission with every answer matched to its question, then do the work it asks for with the rest of their tools.

## What Neo can do with Jotform

* Find the submission behind a ticket, by the submission id in the ticket, the form it names, or a value such as the new starter's name
* Read every answer of a submission against its question, and the links to files uploaded with it
* Do the request with the agent's other tools, such as Microsoft 365, your RMM and your PSA, and write on the ticket what it did and which answers it used
* Mark a submission read or flagged once it is handled
* Open a ticket for each new submission of a form on a schedule, with the submission id in its title, so a later run sees the submission already has one
* Read and manage forms, questions, reports, webhooks, folders and labels, as your permission groups allow

See [Jotform API](/agents/tools/management/jotform-api) for the permission groups and profiles.

## How a submission starts an agent

Set the form's notification email to go to the address your PSA turns into tickets. Each submission then opens a ticket, and an agent triggered on new tickets reads the submission and does the work. [Connecting Jotform](/integrations/jotform/connecting-to-neo) shows how.

A form or a submission names none of your clients by itself, so there is no company mapping to set up: the agent reads the client from the answers and the ticket.
