# ITCloud.ca

> Let Neo agents add and remove Microsoft 365 seats on ITCloud.ca, order new licences, and read each customer's services, invoices and Azure consumption

ITCloud.ca (IT Cloud Solutions) is a Canadian cloud distributor, where MSPs buy Microsoft 365, Azure and other services for their customers. Connect your ITCloud.ca partner account, and Neo agents can handle a licence request on a ticket, answer what each customer holds, and pull the numbers for a quarterly business review.

## What Neo can do with ITCloud.ca

* Add seats to a customer's Microsoft 365 subscription when someone joins and no licence is free, then assign it in Microsoft 365
* Order a product the customer does not hold yet, and follow the order until it is active
* Remove seats when someone leaves, within the window Microsoft allows
* Say which services each customer holds, how many seats, the billing cycle, and when a commitment ends
* Read the services report, invoice items and Azure consumption for a date range, for QBRs and billing checks
* Create and update customers, change the quantity of a service that is not Microsoft, and cancel a service

Microsoft seat counts change only through the [Change License Seats](https://docs.neoagent.io/agents/tools/m365/change-license-seats.md) tool, which holds a lock on the service so two changes never count from the same number, and reads the new count back. ITCloud.ca changes seats right away; it has no change scheduled for the renewal.

## Your customers are mapped automatically

After you save the keys and with each PSA sync, Neo matches each ITCloud.ca customer to a company in your PSA: first by the Microsoft tenant ID on the customer's Microsoft services, then by name. Check the matches on the ITCloud.ca card's **Organization Mapping** tab. A match by tenant ID, an exact name match, or one you confirm routes seat changes and orders; a suggested match does not until you confirm it.
