Connect it, and Neo agents can read and update it while they work a ticket, a chat or a schedule. ## What Neo can do with HubSpot * Keep HubSpot contacts and PSA contacts in step, both ways: a scheduled agent reads what changed on each side, matches contacts by email, and writes only the fields that differ * Keep HubSpot deals and PSA opportunities in step, both ways: amount, close date, stage, owner and contact, and the title and company too when HubSpot stores each deal's PSA opportunity id * Open one PSA ticket or project for each deal you win, or whose quote your client accepts, with its line items, linked to the client's company and PSA opportunity; a ticket also gets the deal's contact, and a project the deal's owner as lead, when Neo finds them in your PSA * Read a client's HubSpot company, its contacts, deals and owner for a ticket * Log a note or a task on a contact, company or deal * Search, create and update contacts, companies, deals, tickets and the other CRM records, and link them to each other, as your permission groups allow See [HubSpot API](/agents/tools/sales/hubspot-api) for the permission groups and profiles. ## Company mapping Neo matches your HubSpot companies to your PSA companies by name and by website domain. The **Organization Mapping** tab on the HubSpot card shows each match; confirm or correct a match there. Only an exact, unique name match, or one you confirm, is used by agents, including the contact and deal sync.
