# Overview

> What the Datto BCDR integration brings to your Neo Agent setup

Datto BCDR covers Datto's SIRIS, ALTO and NAS backup appliances and SaaS Protection for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Connect your Datto Partner Portal API key to Neo once, at the MSP level.

## What Neo can do with Datto BCDR

    Find the appliance from a Datto alert ticket. Read its last check-in, storage and active alerts, and the last backups of each protected machine with Datto's screenshot verification result.

Neo does not start a backup, run a screenshot or clear an alert in Datto.

## Your clients are mapped automatically

Neo matches your Datto organizations to the companies in your PSA and keeps the mapping on the Datto BCDR card's **Organization Mapping** tab, refreshed on each PSA metadata sync. Neo finds the organizations on your appliances, Endpoint Backup clients and SaaS Protection customers.

Matching starts with the name: exact, then after stripping a legal-form suffix (Ltd, Inc, LLC). Then comes the domain: a SaaS Protection domain that matches the website on a PSA company. Last comes an AI match for the long tail.

A name match, or one you confirm, is handed straight to your agents, so they find the right client's appliances. A domain match or an AI match is not handed to your agents automatically. It shows on the Organization Mapping tab, where you can confirm or correct it.

Anything Neo could not match stays unmapped and visible on the same tab, where you can set the right company by hand. A mapping you set by hand survives every later sync.
