# Dark Web ID

> Let Neo agents run live dark web searches, work Dark Web ID compromises to resolved, and onboard or offboard clients

Dark Web ID (Kaseya) monitors the dark web for leaked credentials of your clients. For each client organization it watches email domains, IP addresses and personal email addresses, records each leaked credential it finds as a compromise, emails alerts, and sends monthly and quarterly reports. Connect Dark Web ID, and Neo agents can work those compromises from the ticket.

## What Neo can do with Dark Web ID

* Run a live dark web search for an email address or domain a ticket names
* Read a client's compromises (what leaked, when, from which breach, and whether the password matched your password rules) and add them to the ticket
* Set a compromise's status, for example to Resolved once the user's password was reset
* Onboard a client: create the organization, start monitoring its domain, add its users, and set its alert emails and automated reports
* Offboard a client: deactivate or delete its organization. Deleting one always asks a technician first
* Read and change Dark Web ID users, and summarise a client's compromises over a period for a report

Neo never shows a leaked password or the leaked personal values a live search returns. The agent sees what leaked and in what form, never the value.

## Your organizations are mapped to companies

Neo matches your Dark Web ID organizations to the companies in your PSA and keeps the mapping on the Dark Web ID card's **Organization Mapping** tab, refreshed on each PSA metadata sync.

Matching uses the organization name: exact, then after stripping a legal-form suffix (Ltd, Inc, LLC). Next come the email domains Dark Web ID monitors for the organization, against each company's website, and last an AI match for the long tail.

**A name match, or one you confirm, is handed straight to your agents.** A domain or AI match is not handed to your agents automatically. It shows on the Organization Mapping tab, where you can confirm or correct it.

On a ticket, an agent reaches only the organization mapped to the ticket's company, so confirm a suggested match before you rely on it. Onboarding, offboarding and other work across organizations runs from a chat or an agent with no ticket.

Anything Neo could not match stays unmapped and visible on the same tab, where you can set the right company by hand. A mapping you set by hand survives every later sync.

See [Dark Web ID API](/agents/tools/security/dark-web-id-api) for the permission groups.
