# Crewhu

> Ask an agent about your Crewhu CSAT results, ratings per technician, badges and prizes, in Teams or the dashboard

Crewhu sends a customer satisfaction survey on each ticket, and rewards technicians with badges, prizes and contests. Connect your Crewhu account once with an API token, and Neo agents can read your survey results and recognition, and keep contest results up to date.

## What Neo can do with Crewhu

* Answer "what was our CSAT last month?" with the share of positive ratings and the counts
* Count ratings per technician or per customer, for any period
* List negative surveys with the customer's comment, the ticket and the technicians, for a follow-up
* Say who received badges and which prize redemptions wait
* Send each technician's score to a Crewhu contest that runs on your own metric

## Ask Crewhu from Teams

Technicians ask about Crewhu in Microsoft Teams through an internal chat agent:

1. [Connect Crewhu](https://docs.neoagent.io/integrations/crewhu/connecting-to-neo.md).
2. On **Chat** → **Agents**, create an internal chat agent, or open the one you have, and give it the **Read Only** profile in its Crewhu block.
3. Put the agent in Teams with an Internal channel, as the [internal bot guide](https://docs.neoagent.io/integrations/teams/internal-bot.md) shows. A Teams administrator approves the app once.

Then a technician asks in Teams, for example:

```
What was our CSAT in October, and who had negative surveys?
```

The agent reads the month's surveys from Crewhu and answers with the counts, the share of positive ratings, and each negative survey with its customer, ticket and comment.

See [Crewhu API](https://docs.neoagent.io/agents/tools/sales/crewhu-api.md) for the permission groups.
