# ArrowSphere

> Let Neo agents add and remove Microsoft 365 seats on ArrowSphere, schedule seat cuts for the renewal date, and read licences, orders and statements

ArrowSphere is Arrow's cloud marketplace, where MSPs buy Microsoft 365 and other licences for their customers. Connect your ArrowSphere account, and Neo agents can change seat counts during onboarding and offboarding, and answer questions about each customer's licences.

## What Neo can do with ArrowSphere

* Add seats to a customer's Microsoft 365 licence when someone joins, after a technician picks which licence, then assign it in Microsoft 365
* Remove seats now, or schedule the reduction for the licence's next renewal date when someone leaves, so the customer keeps paying only until the term ends
* Say how many seats each licence holds and uses, its term, and when it renews
* Read and manage customers, licences (auto-renew, suspend, reactivate, scheduled term changes), orders, quotes and support cases with Arrow
* Read billing statements, consumption and the catalogue

Seat counts change only through the [Change License Seats](/agents/tools/m365/change-license-seats.md) tool, which holds a lock on the licence so two changes never count from the same number. A reduction for the renewal becomes an ArrowSphere scheduled task on the renewal date; a second leaver in the same term updates that task instead of adding another.

## Your customers are mapped automatically

After you save the key and with each PSA sync, Neo matches each ArrowSphere customer to a company in your PSA: first by the Microsoft tenant ID on the customer, then by name. Check the matches on the ArrowSphere card's **Organization Mapping** tab. A match by tenant ID, an exact name match, or one you confirm routes seat changes; a suggested match does not until you confirm it.

See [ArrowSphere API](/agents/tools/marketplace/arrowsphere-api.md) for the permission groups.
