Each of your clients that buys Adobe has its own Adobe organization. Connect Adobe for those clients, and Neo agents can work in it while they handle a ticket or run a scheduled report. ## What Neo can do with Adobe * Create the Adobe user for a new hire and assign their Acrobat or Creative Cloud licence, from the same onboarding ticket as their Microsoft 365 account * Remove a leaver from the organization and free their licences * Report, per product profile, how many licences are assigned and how many are free, and flag a profile with more members than licences * Find a user and check which products and admin roles they have * Manage user groups and admin roles, when you turn those permissions on See [Adobe Admin Console API](/agents/tools/management/adobe-api) for the permission groups and profiles. ## One connection per client An Adobe API credential belongs to one Adobe organization, so you connect Adobe once for each client, with that client's credential, and the connection belongs to that client's company in Neo.
