Each row carries `link_state` (`AUTO` from a sync, `MANUAL` set by a person and kept by later syncs, `UNMAPPED`), `match_method` and `confidence`. An `AUTO` link below 0.95 is one the dashboard flags for a person to check. Unmapped rows sort first. `counts` covers the `system`, `psa_company_id` and `search` filters, never `status`.
