# Wizer API

> Manage a client's security awareness training in Wizer: users, groups, course starts and progress reports — each area follows the approval setting you give it

An agent with this tool works on a client's training from the ticket, so nobody opens the Wizer admin panel.

<Info>
  Automatically enabled when you configure Wizer permissions in your agent workflow.
</Info>

## What It Does

* Find the client's Wizer company from the [Organization Mapping](/integrations/wizer/overview#your-clients-are-mapped-automatically), or from your partner customer list
* Add users to a client's training, disable, rename, and move them between groups and departments
* Start a course for a client, or share your own custom course with them
* Read per-user progress for courses, policies, monthly videos and phishing exercises

## How the agent assigns training

Wizer assigns a course to a client company, usually to its groups or departments. To put a user on a course, the agent adds the user to the client and to the group or department the course targets. Before it starts a course, it checks that the client does not already run that course. A batch start always names its clients.

## Permission Groups

| Group | Access levels | Always waits on a technician |
| - | - | - |
| Users | Disabled, Read Only, Read and Write | — |
| Training Assignments | Disabled, Read Only, Read and Write | — |
| Reports | Disabled, Read Only | — |
| Customers | Disabled, Read Only | — |

No operation always waits on a technician: each group follows the approval setting you give it, and the Helpdesk profile asks for approval on every write.
