# URIports API

> Read DMARC monitoring results from URIports, alert your team about DMARC issues, and manage the domains URIports monitors

The common use is a scheduled agent that reads your URIports DMARC results once a day and tells your team which domains have an issue.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Automatically enabled when you configure URIports permissions in your agent workflow.

## What it does

* Reads each monitored domain's DMARC policy (for the domain, its subdomains and non-existent subdomains), the policy percentage and testing flag, the share of its mail that passed DMARC and aligned with DKIM and SPF, and its mail volume
* Finds DMARC issues: domains whose mail fails DMARC, domains whose policy is `none`, flagged as testing, or partial, subdomains left at `none`, and monitored domains with no DMARC report data
* Lists the domains URIports monitors, and adds or removes them
* Reads, creates, renames, changes and deletes domain groups

Neo adds your API key to each call.

## Permission groups

| Group | Covers |
| - | - |
| DMARC Status | Each domain's DMARC policy, alignment rates and mail volume. Read only |
| Monitored Domains | The domains URIports monitors; adding and removing them. A removed domain is no longer monitored |
| Domain Groups | Groups of monitored domains; creating, renaming, changing and deleting them. Deleting a group keeps its domains monitored |

| Profile | DMARC Status | Monitored Domains | Domain Groups |
| - | - | - | - |
| Read Only | Read Only | Read Only | Read Only |
| Helpdesk | Read Only | Read / Write, with approval | Read / Write, with approval |
| IT Admin | Read Only | Read / Write, with approval | Read / Write |
| Full Automation | Read Only | Read / Write | Read / Write |

## Limits

URIports allows 10 DMARC status calls an hour, 30 domain list calls and 100 domain group calls. Its DMARC data changes once a day, so an agent reads it once per run.
