# Web Search

> Search the web for troubleshooting information

The Web Search tool allows Neo Agent to search the internet for troubleshooting information and solutions.

## What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:

* Search the web for error messages
* Find vendor documentation
* Look up troubleshooting guides
* Research unknown issues

## How to Use

Enable this tool when you want the agent to research issues beyond your internal documentation:

* Unknown error messages
* New software issues
* Vendor-specific problems
* General IT troubleshooting
