# Find PSA Contacts

> Search for contacts in your PSA system

The Find PSA Contacts tool allows Neo Agent to search for contacts in your PSA.

## What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:

* Search contacts by name or email
* Find contacts for a specific company
* Identify contacts to notify or add to tickets

## How to Use

This tool supports:

* Send to Additional Contact workflows
* Update Ticket Fields (when changing contact)
* Contact identification for communication
