# Find Documentation

> Search your documentation for relevant solutions and information

The Find Documentation tool allows Neo Agent to search your synced documentation sources for information relevant to tickets.

## What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:

* Search ITGlue, Hudu, SharePoint, and other synced documentation
* Find relevant articles, SOPs, and knowledge base entries
* Use documentation context for better resolution suggestions

## How to Use

1. Ensure your documentation is synced with Neo Agent
2. Enable this tool in your workflow
3. The agent will automatically search documentation when analyzing tickets
