# TD SYNNEX Hardware API

> Read TD SYNNEX price and stock, freight and quotes, and read or place hardware orders in the US and Canada

The common uses are quoting hardware for a ticket ("quote three laptops like the one on this ticket"), price and stock in chat ("price and stock for HP part A1B2C3#ABA"), and order status ("where is PO 48213?").

## What It Does

* Read your price and the stock in each TD SYNNEX warehouse for up to 100 parts in one call, by TD SYNNEX SKU or manufacturer part number, with when stock on order arrives
* Estimate freight and the ship methods to a ZIP code or address
* Read a TD SYNNEX quote by its CPO ID, with its lines, prices and expiry
* Read order status by sales order or PO number, with shipments, tracking and serial numbers; list the POs of a date range
* Place a purchase order on your TD SYNNEX terms, or hold, add to, release or change one
* List and read invoices

This is TD SYNNEX's Partner API, the hardware side. It prices parts by TD SYNNEX SKU or manufacturer part number: to quote a model from a description, the agent finds its part numbers with [Web Search](https://docs.neoagent.io/agents/tools/search/web-search.md) and then prices them. Cloud subscriptions and seats use the [StreamOne ION](https://docs.neoagent.io/integrations/marketplaces/td-synnex.md) and [StreamOne Stellr](https://docs.neoagent.io/integrations/marketplaces/td-synnex-stellr.md) integrations.

## Safety Controls

| **Orders ask first** | Every profile but Full Automation asks a technician before a purchase order is placed or changed |
| **Your account only** | Neo refuses a request that names a login or a customer number: TD SYNNEX takes your account from Neo's token |
| **Errors are errors** | TD SYNNEX reports many errors inside a successful answer; Neo turns each into an error, so a refused order is never reported as placed |
| **Writes outside TD SYNNEX's API refused** | A write TD SYNNEX's published API does not list is refused before it is sent |
| **Rate limit** | TD SYNNEX allows 50 calls a second and doubles a penalty on each repeat; Neo paces its calls to stay under it |
