# myITprocess API

> Read myITprocess reviews, findings, recommendations and meetings so an agent can prepare a QBR

The myITprocess API tool gives Neo agents read access to myITprocess, Kaseya's vCIO platform. The common use is a request like "prepare the QBR for Contoso": the agent reads the client's alignment score, its reviews and the answers to their questions, its roadmap of recommendations, and the next meeting's agenda.

<Info>
  Automatically enabled when you configure myITprocess permissions in your agent workflow.
</Info>

## What It Does

* Read clients with their alignment score and last review date
* Read reviews with their status, owners and due dates, and the categories up for review
* Read findings: each review question with the vCIO's answer, and the recommendation it led to
* Read recommendations with budget, hours, type, status, priority and client feedback, and the initiatives they roll up to
* Read QBR meetings with their date, purpose and agenda
* Read the IT Glue configurations a recommendation names

Neo reads myITprocess only, so it cannot answer a review question, change a recommendation or book a meeting in myITprocess; it proposes answers for a person to enter. Neo relates a recommendation to a PSA opportunity by title and amount.

## Permission Groups

| Group | Access levels | Covers |
| - | - | - |
| Clients and Reviews | Disabled, Read Only | Clients and alignment scores, reviews, findings with the review questions and answers, categories up for review, and your myITprocess users |
| Roadmap and Meetings | Disabled, Read Only | Recommendations with budget and hours, initiatives, meetings with their agenda, and the IT Glue configurations a recommendation names. Shows your budget figures |

Every group is read only. Turn off Roadmap and Meetings on an agent that writes client-facing text, so it never sees your budget figures.
