# Dicker Data API

> Read and manage each customer's Microsoft CSP subscriptions at Dicker Data, customer tenants, orders, prices, invoices and Autodesk subscriptions

The common use is a licence audit (what each customer pays for at Dicker Data against what it uses), a new subscription for a customer, and the steps around a seat change. The seat change itself goes through [Change License Seats](https://docs.neoagent.io/agents/tools/m365/change-license-seats.md).

## What It Does

* List a customer's Microsoft subscriptions with seats, status, term and renewal date, and its entitlements
* Buy a new subscription or add-on for a customer's tenant, and check the Microsoft Customer Agreement first
* Turn auto-renew on or off, change the next term's term or billing, upgrade, and cancel inside Microsoft's cancellation window
* Look up, create and associate customer tenants
* Follow orders, deliveries and serial numbers, and place orders
* Read prices and stock, invoices, the CSP invoice report and Autodesk subscriptions

## Safety Controls

| Control | Behavior |

| **Seat counts** | Only [Change License Seats](https://docs.neoagent.io/agents/tools/m365/change-license-seats.md) changes a seat count. This tool refuses a subscription change that carries a quantity, so a change always goes through the subscription lock |
| **Customer** | On a ticket, a subscription or agreement call goes out only for the ticket company's Microsoft tenant |
| **Calls** | Neo sends only the operations in Dicker Data's API reference. Every other call is refused |
| **Credentials** | Neo signs every call itself. The calls that exchange or check a credential (the access key and token exchanges, portal user sign-ins) and the retail product-key service are refused |
